Adding or Removing Site Owners

As a site owner, you can add and delete other View Management Links (sub permission of Manage Options)s for this site. You cannot remove yourself as an owner.

This panel only displays on the page if you are a View Management Links (sub permission of Manage Options) of this LearnCenter.

On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click on the Options menu to expand it.
  2. Click Configuration.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. Scroll down if necessary to view the Owners section.

All current View Management Links (sub permission of Manage Options)s of this site are listed here by username.

Adding an Owner

To add an View Management Links (sub permission of Manage Options) to the list:

  1. Click Add Owner.
  1. CollapsedSearch for the users you want to add.
  1. Select the users you want to include as Owners and click Return Selected.
  2. Click Save.

Removing a User an Owner

To remove a User from the list of View Management Links (sub permission of Manage Options), do the following.

  1. Click the check box next to the owner you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete Owner.
  1. Click Save.
